| “There
is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.”
Isn’t that an interesting quote. And wouldn’t it be nice if there
was an elevator to success? But there isn’t. We see this all the
time, all around us. There are those who are motivated to work hard,
and those who seem to get by hardly working.
Most of the truly successful people are working hard. They may
enjoy the work, and often they say they do, but it’s grinding, eyes
on the job all the time, hard work for most of us. An obvious example
is the person who seems to stay in shape, enjoying great health
and looking picture perfect all the time. But what do we know about
most people?
For most physically fit people, there is time involved in going
to physical fitness. Everything from the food that they eat, to
the clothes and shoes they wear to the gym, to how many repetitions
they do on particular machines. It takes time and it takes effort.
And sometimes, it means taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
In the case of gibLink.com, there aren’t any shortcuts to success,
but success can be had here for the price of hard work, thought
and effort. Give some time daily to gibLink, looking around the
community, “chatting” with your fellow gibLinkers, and offering
as well as taking some advice. Put what you learn to use. You’ll
see a return. Your gibLink membership will “muscle-up” nicely. That’s
why every fitness advice column out there offers the same bit of
advice: take the stairs. |
