Xyngular’s Xtreme Builder Challenge allows new Distributors to earn anywhere from $1,000-9,000 in their first 90 days by rapidly growing their organization.

Motivation
I found that if someone really has a drive for the business and believes enough in the products they are very capable of hitting the Extreme Builder. When you tell someone starting out that then need to shoot for 10,000 PV in their first 30 days it is very overwhelming to them, but when you get one person to take on that challenge, it makes it all easier! When Dixie Fails hit the first level I believe that it proved to my entire organization that it was possible. The team watched us work and the new people joining wanted to be a part of that. When she showed us her $1,000 check it became more real for those who were striving to hit the same goals and we all worked together to help get the team members shooting for it where they needed to be.
Getting Started Quickly
When I have someone that is ready to go with this, I make sure they are ready to start on Day 1. It is very important to get a good jump start because you don’t have time to waste. The more people you talk to, the better you are going to get. We start off with our Distributors planning a tasting party so we can introduce what we have to their family and friends. Always remember that when you are talking to your personal warm market it is best that the information come from someone else.
Follow Up
I am consistently watching their GV and PV and helping when I can with tasting parties and phone calls. We set small goals to help them reach their big goal. I am talking to them all the time, making sure they are following up with their customers and new Distributors. It is our job then to make sure the new Distributors start expanding their business. Once the whole team gets the vision it makes it a lot easier. I also make sure they are writing everything down.
Keeping Them Going
I find out WHY they are doing Xyngular. When it is getting hard for them or people are telling them NO and they want to quit, I use their WHY to keep them motivated. Also, I find that if they are being consistent their daily checks from Xyngular will keep them motivated! If you work every day, you get paid everyday! If you learn the concept of residual income when you first start Xyngular, you SHOULD want to work as hard as possible from Day 1, and with all these extra bonuses in place it is just more incentive to do so.
